Ordering by Phone At this time all orders must be placed online, faxed or mailed.
Ordering by Mail Order forms can be printed off our website and mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include a check, money order, or credit card information with your order. Details on shipping charges (and sales tax for Florida residents) are included on the form. **WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES**

Ordering Online To start an online order, browse the categories or use the search feature on the left. When you find an item you want to order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to it. You may then go back to shopping for more items, change quantities, or get personalized shipping information. To place your order, go to the "View Shopping Cart" page, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and follow the prompts. Make sure to review the shipping address you entered prior to submitting your order, as once an order is processed or shipped we can’t change the address and you will be responsible for the order’s charge. **WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES**

Satisfaction Guaranteed If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s). We will gladly refund the purchase price. **NOTE** Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned at customer’s expense.
Shipping Time and Charges For orders to the 48 contiguous states, the shipping charge is 14% of the item subtotal, with a minimum of $6.95. If your order includes one or more oversized items, the shipping charge for the oversized items will be 18% of the oversized items subtotal. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada depend on the size of the box and therefore on the selection of products; please call, e-mail or fax us for a quote. We work hard to try to keep all of our products in stock. In-stock items ship via UPS Ground within 3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery typically takes 4 to 9 days in the continental US, depending on your location. Certain items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer; please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of these items. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple boxes. Please allow 2-3 additional days for complete delivery of multiple box shipments. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by UPS ground. Orders to Canada are shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service, and are subject to service restrictions. **WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES**
Express Shipping Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Because express rates are calculated by the size and weight of the box, our web site cannot correctly calculate the freight cost for express shipments. If you need express shipping, please call our customer service line during business hours (9-5pm Eastern Time, Mon.-Fri.) with the list of items that you wish to order. **WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES**
Returns You may return any item within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If shipping was included with the purchase price, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. **ALL RETURNED ITEMS WHOSE SKU NUMBERS START WITH A "CF" WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.**
To return merchandise, please e-mail us at info@rehabtoys.com to obtain a return authorization number and the correct return address. A return authorization number is necessary in order to credit you for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please include your invoice number when you e-mail us. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large or drop-shipped items. **NOTE** The following items MAY NOT be returned under any circumstance: software, CD’s, videos, books or Theraputty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all items must be returned at customer’s expense. **ALL RETURNED ITEMS WHOSE SKU NUMBERS START WITH A "CF" WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.**
Damages Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item has been damaged during delivery or you receive an inaccurate order please call us immediately. You may refuse damaged boxes or sign for them as damaged, pending further inspection. Concealed damage should be reported to us as soon as possible (best within 24 hours of receipt). To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. RehabToys.com will assume the return shipping charges for defective products.
Purchase Orders We do accept approved purchase orders via fax or mail, from recognized organizations. Please call our customer service line if you have any questions. We do not accept purchase orders under $50.
Privacy Policy and Security RehabToys.com respects your privacy and is firmly committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our web site. We will not sell, rent, lease or disclose any of your personal information to third parties. Our web site does not use "Cookies" and does not store or read anything from your computer’s hard drive. RehabToys.com is committed to protecting the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, RehabToys.com has appropriate physical and managerial procedures in place to safeguard the information we collect. We use high level Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information and address information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.
Frequently Asked Questions
• What do I do if I’m not sure if a specific product is right for my child? Please go to the “Ask A Therapist” section of our website and complete our online form. One of our therapists will respond to your question within 24 hours. Please make sure to include the product name and be as descriptive as possible about your child’s needs.
• Can orders be shipped to foreign countries? Due to varying product liability regulations, we regret that we are not able to ship orders to foreign addresses at this time. If you have friends or relatives in the US, you may want to have them place an order on your behalf. We do plan to expand our coverage in the future. Our international service will be available here on our web site.
• Is there a minimum order? Due to the costs involved with processing an online order, we are unable to accept orders with a total amount of less than $20.00.
• What forms of payment are accepted? For online and fax orders, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. When ordering by mail, we accept also payment by check or money order. We accept authorized purchase orders from organizations by fax or mail. Please e-mail us if you have any questions.
• Is my personal information and credit card number secure? Will it be shared with any third party? All information provided to us is secure and will not be shared with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy and Security statement .
• How can I cancel an order? To request cancellation of your order please call us with your order confirmation number as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we cannot cancel an order once it has already been processed OR shipped. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges and return shipping fees.
• How do I know that you received my order? The confirmation number you receive at the end of the checkout process confirms that we received the order. Please keep a copy of this number for your records. If you provide us with an e-mail address, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail.
• Do you charge sales tax on all orders? We charge sales tax only on shipments to addresses in Florida.
• Do you offer gift certificates? We are not offering gift certificates at this time, but we will be in the near future. So check back soon! |
